How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping + Tracking Australia-Wide $25.00 

When will my order be dispatched?

Depending on stock availability your order will typically be dispatched/ordered same day before 2:00pm AWST Mon - Fri. 

The tracking details will be sent to your email/phone immediately after the product is dispatched.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

DIY Pest Products typically take between 5-7 Business days. 

Forgotten to add something to your order?

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order please contact us on orders@diypestproducts.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to add to the order. If the items have not left our store or warehouse you will not be charged the shipping fee. Please contact us for additional questions.

Do you have a physical Retail Store?

DIY Pest Products currently do not have a physical store, warehouse only.

Larger Items

If you have purchased bulk or larger items from our Online Store they will be boxed and dispatched by a courier company (Toll, TNT etc.). Additional charges may apply. 

Back Orders

Sometimes, we run out of an item sooner than we anticipate. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.

When filling out the checkout page please use a physical address. 

Note: We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
